All Levels Yoga - This Port Ludlow class focuses on postures and gentle awareness with modification, combining breath and alignment. Open to the public.

Classes will be outside when weather permits.

Sunday 8am - 9am

Wednesday 3pm - 4pm

Seasonal Yoga Intensives with Shayann Hoffer-Pauley RYT500
These sesssions will focus on postures specific to themes and therapeutic aspects with modifications. Asana/postures and pranayama/breath will be combined with energetic chakra awareness and philosophy for a deeper understanding of spirit, mind, and body connection.

Yoga Fundamentals - Spring 2018

Philosophy, Mantra, Pranayama & Asana

1:2 Yogas Chitta Vritti Nirodhana - Yoga is the control of mind thoughts

This 6 week spring series will journey through teachings and traditions of yoga.
Sessions will include Patanjali Yoga Sutras, mantra and sound, pranayama breath techniques, various asana postures including sun salutations and Iyengar based alignment with restorative modifications. Beginners welcome.
