All Levels Yoga - This Port Ludlow class focuses on postures and gentle awareness with modification, combining breath and alignment. Open to the public.

Classes will be outside when weather permits.

2018 Seasonal Yoga Intensives with Shayann Hoffer-Pauley RYT500

These sessions will focus on postures specific to themes to help open tight hips and shoulders

as well as bring awareness to the spine. Postures and modifications will be combined with

breath, energetic awareness, and therapeutic aspects.

March 17th - Spring Yoga Intensive: Hip Opener Awareness

Loosen tight hips, improve your range of motion and circulation this spring!

This yoga intensive will focus on postures specific to the pelvis, socket joints and ligaments.

Postures and modifications will be combined with breath, energetic awareness, and therapeutic aspects.

June 23rd - Summer Yoga Intensive: Neck & Shoulders

Relieve stress and tension in the neck, shoulders, and back this summer!

This yoga intensive will focus on postures specific to the neck, shoulders, and cervical spine.

Postures and modifications will be combined with breath, energetic awareness, and therapeutic aspects.

Sept 22nd - Autumn Yoga Intensive: Back body & Spine

Improve mobility and decrease back pain. The health of your spine is key to the health of your whole body!

This yoga intensive will focus on postures specific to the back, spine, and inner line of the body.

Postures and modifications will be combined with breath, energetic awareness, and therapeutic aspects.

Yoga Fundamentals - Spring Series 2018

Philosophy, Mantra, Pranayama & Asana with Shayann Hoffer-Pauley RYT500

1:2 Yoga Chitta Vritti Nirodhah - Yoga is the control of mind thoughts

This 6 week spring series will journey through teachings and traditions of yoga.

Sessions will include an introduction to Patanjali's yoga sutras, mantra,

breath techniques, and postures with restorative modifications. Beginners welcome!
